We keep logs on many actions done by agents in the back-office (on pricing rules, on dispatch preferences, ...).
To access those logs, go to "Tools">"Logs" to see the actions made by your agents
In the first tab "Saas Company", you can see the actions made on specific features:
- Customer (customer)
- Zones (zone)
- Pricing rules (pricing_rule)
- Vehicle options (vehicle_option)
- Vehicle types (vehicle_type)
- Drivers rules (drivers_rule)
- Quotations (passenger_request)
- SMS (customer_sms)
- Phone number (phone_number)
- Package Type (delivery) (package_type)
- Dispatch process (dispatch_process_configuration)
You can also search actions done by a specific agent (2nd tab).
The last tab shows all the notifications sent to your drivers
